Mrs. Ali Mills-Allen

Mrs. Ali Mills-Allen is excited to be the new principal of Sugar Grove Elementary! 

Mrs. Mills-Allen is in her 20th year as an educator. She spent 14 years teaching 3rd Grade, first at Arlington Elementary School in Arlington, TN, and later at North Grove Elementary and Maple Grove Elementary. She was named the Maple Grove Teacher of the Year for 2017-18. Mrs. Mills-Allen has served as the assistant principal of Maple Grove Elementary School for the last six years. 

Mrs. Mills Allen has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Franklin College and a master’s degree in Elementary Administration & Supervision from the University of Memphis. She and her husband, Chris, are raising two daughters who are Center Grove students.
